Snowflake Eel question

Hello,

I've been planning fish stocking for my tank upgrade from 2 40 breeders to a 180 and making 1 40 a quarantine tank and the other a eel/aggressive tank. I was curious how fast a snowflake would grow and how long (estimated) he'd be comfortable being alone or with another fish like a small foxface, angel or a tang before having to look to selling him or upgrading that tank?

P.s. I was looking at live Aquaria's small size as my base.

Snowflakes tend to get about 2 to 2 1/2 feet long. Depended on how much and how often they're fed, they can reach that size pretty quickly. Not sure the exact time frame, but i'd guess under a year.
