Hammer / frogspawnish. These bubbles appear periodically and then just go away. What's happening here?

Some part of reproduction ya think?
I really don't know. I do know that I've had hammers, frogspawn, and torches get bubbles... Some split soon after and others didn't. But it definitely didn't harm the coral.
