Soft Coral Identification Sinularia Sp.

Cool little buys today from LFS, theyre labled as Young Finger Leather Sinularia Sp.
I got a yellowish one and a pinkish one and they are both pretty small. About an inch in height. I Want to know the specifics about this coral to try and predict the growth rate, growth pattern, and the care requirements for placing it in my scape. Ill post the two pics I could find on google in hopes you guys have heard of them or seen them before going by other names or if theyre truely unknown Sp. Thanks in advance! -T

Thats an interesting idea. Maybe it is some kind of cespitularia? That makes our options more open than before. I know of the starlight and vargas variety, but where would you place this one?

Do the touch test, cespitularia is soft like xenia. Sinularia will be tougher like a typical leather.

Either way, looks cool. let's see what it turns into after acclimating and growing out! I'm a fan of cespituralias so I'm rooting for that!

They turned out to be snake polyps, they are very interesting in my opinion. Very firm, not slimy, each of them opens into a huge single mouth and face upright at night. During the day they remain curled with the mouths tucked in and facing the substrate.

I randomly got these from petco, can you clarify on the scientific name? Ive seen snake polyps in photos and its a zoanthid.
