Here is my take on The Midas Blenny (continuing from another thread).

Do some research first of course. The eel like movement is hypnotizing. He swims front and center all day, but rests a lot because he has no swim bladder. It means he has no bouancy and has to work very hard to swim in the flow. Best thing is he changes his color with his mood. Blues, pinks, purples. Mine is an African Midas Blenny. There is also one commonly available from Maldives.

hmm, would i have to change flow in my tank for the blenny to survive?

My flow is pretty high. Maxes around 1,800 GPH which is about 50x total volume, 60x display volume. He loves swimming in it, just rests a lot.

Just bought a Jebao DP4. Should have looked around more
just monitor the pump. as long as you have an eye on it, youll be fine. i trusted it a little too much.
