Some dog owner questions

Yes there are, playing fetch outside or if you have a treadmill you can teach him to run on that.

Also when running my dog likes to put his leash on his mouth and pretend he is pulling me, anybody know why he does this?

Just from watching the dog whisperer(not a dog person), the dog is leading you while it should be the other way around. Dogs have a pack mentality, and you need to be the leader of that pack. That guy works miracles. Watch his show if you haven't already and you will get so much more in-tuned to what the animals needs and expectations are and how their mind works. His show is awesome, all dog owners could learn a lot from him.

Me and my boxer go to the dog park everyday for about an hour or so, living next to it sure helps. Remi does the same thing with the leash too, I think its just a playful thing..

After the dog park, this is how is how she is the rest of the night...PERFECT DOG

So cute!! She's still just a baby!!

@bct bikes are great. Especially if you are mtn biking and the. You don't have to have them on a leash at all. Just be aware on the downhill that you dont run em TOO fast. I'm still impressed you ran a 5:07 mile. You training for anything?

Yeah, I run a 5 minute mile. I used to run a lot faster than that (closer to 4:30 when I played soccer), but now i go to the gym more for strength training and have gained a little weight (I range from 193-205 any given day). I have a high metabolism and can lose weight eating potato chips and watching football all day. I think my dog runs a mile a lot faster than that me and can keep going, that is why I like the bike. I did notice some blistering on his back right pad so we've been takin it easy.

I do watch dog whisperer, haven't seen any Aussies on there though. Unfortunately my dog hates water so I don't think I can get him to swim, taking a bath and clipping his nails are always a PIA...that is why I like to run him on the road to keep his nails down but he does end up in the grass sometimes.

Hers is some pics of Levi, ned him that because it looks like he is wearing pants
