Looks like a zebra urchin crab or possible porcelain

Yeah, as mentioned- porcelain crab, neat and harmless; this one's a member of the Petrolisthes galathinus complex. Based on the pattern of your crab (little spotting, heavy striping, pattern design, and leg color) it looks like it may be P. bolivarensis.
