Confetti is encrusting nicely. The encrustment is coming in green which is interesting

Stratosphere
fullsizeoutput_f40.jpeg

Hot Lava is encrusting like crazy. Looks like a new nub is trying to form already.

fullsizeoutput_f42.jpeg

unknown from Unique thats got all the colors. Really cool piece

fullsizeoutput_f29.jpeg

vivid sublime. love this one
fullsizeoutput_f35.jpeg

Bubblegum Milli
fullsizeoutput_f1b.jpeg

One of the brightest corals in my tank. I got these scans for free from Your Reef a LFS to me. They are growing crazy fast. they were only 2 half pieces when I got them a few months ago.
fullsizeoutput_eee.jpeg
Every one of those acros look to have great promise. The Bubble Gum milli is stunning and a personal favorite. I look forward to seeing many great pics in the future.

I like that I see at least three different reds in that piece. Nice, healthy, saturated color.
Thank you very much. It is for sure one of my favorites. There is a nIce green ring around the encrustment and new growth tips are blue.

Confetti starting to encrust
fullsizeoutput_f20.jpeg

Stratosphere and fire garden in the back
fullsizeoutput_f40.jpeg

Hot lava, crazy fast growth. Trying to shoot up a new branch already. The side getting blasted with light opposite of the pic is bright orange. Growth tips are a yellow green
fullsizeoutput_f42.jpeg

No name from Unique coloring up more and more since I moved it to high light. SC orange passion to the right and shades of fall behind
fullsizeoutput_f29.jpeg

Vivids Grim Reaper really really like this one. Corallites were pink when I got it, they kinda faded now, hoping I can get it back
fullsizeoutput_f2d.jpeg

Another no name from Unique
fullsizeoutput_f30.jpeg

No namer starting to get pink tips. Been getting a lot of pink on pieces. Pretty cool
fullsizeoutput_f31.jpeg

And yet another no name from Unique. This one you can see is also getting a very faint pink to the tips. It kinda browned out as I got it as my first sps. It has grown well, is starting to color and branch

fullsizeoutput_f32.jpeg

Vivids sublime with Avemtador in the back. Both pieces continue to look great

Quick little preview of the crazy fire I got from Matt V today :):):):)
Terrible pic but more to come. I paid for the two up front. The two in the back were freebies, best freebies ever! That one in the back left is insane!!

Gotta say there’s a reason why Matt V pieces are as sought after as they are. Wow.

Sc Orange Passion. I swear the polyps have gotten to be such a dark orange they’re almost red. I did tweek this pic but just to try to make it look as rich as it honestly does in my tank.

And now that I see it on here it is just a terrible pic haha.

In contrast here is RR Orange Passion. This thing was brown for months, but now it’s starting to take off and color up. Glad I gave this one time in the spot it is.

Confetti is just encrusting so good. It’s funny I’ve heard it’s a slow grower. all the other pieces I got in the pack have almost no encrustment. It’s held it’s color sooo good too. Guess it’s happy where it is haha. This is a blue pic but not edited at all

Awesome pics and I agree that is a great looking freebie.
What is the larger of the two front corals? I like the shape and it appears to have different colored polyps down in the holes. It will be interesting to watch that one develop.

That one is called Big Bang, got it for $250 :) Apparently he moved the rack up 2” and top bleached a little. This is what it will look like once healed and settled in, my frag is the middle one on right.

Speaking of Matt V I managed to steal a auction for No Grease Needed. This will be the only frag of it he will be releasing this year :p:cool: I feel super lucky for that one. It looks incredible

Today I scored a frag of ASD Rainbow Pheniox. This thing is crazy bright! My first higher end monti. It’s just a booger but I only paid $40 :)

Work has been crazy, 12 hours days plus my grow, and family has left little time for my tank. Holiday weekend I had a few minutes to take out the dslr and upload some pics. Everything is growing really well. Very pleased with the tank at this time. Have a Kole Tang and Copperband Butterfly coming Wednesday. That should really take care of any last clean up crew I need. I have some Aiptasia popping up hence the Copperband and 4 peppermint shrimp. Ordered a small Copperband and will trade it in once it out grows tank.
Sc orange passion. The color on this continues to just get more and more rich. This or the bubblegum Milli are by far the best white light corals I have.

Bubblegum Milli from a different angle than normal. This thing is just a jaw dropper. Really fantastic piece.

Vivids Hot Lava fastest grower in the tank. Swear this thing gets bigger and better by the day.

Vivids sublime. One of my favorites if you couldn’t tell. Really great color

Red planet. Haven’t shown this one much but it’s growing like a weed

I’m jealous of how many frags you have from vivid. What’s your favorite piece by them?
Lol don’t be. I went a little overboard on a couple packs from them. They’re all beautiful pieces, to bad I can’t keep most of them looking as good as when they show up haha. My favorite would probably be confetti. It’s held it’s color really good and is growing super fast. Sublime is probably number 2 and then stratosphere.

Confetti

Stratosphere

I didn’t edit these pics at all but for some reason when I put them on my MacBook to upload and resize it automatically edits them. Usually makes them look darker and more blue. Need the time to see if I can change that as I feel they look much more realistic right off my dslr

Wow. They are all looking beautiful.
It always amazes me how good looking the Red Planet is, when it is considered common and inexpensive. It will catch people's eye before many more expensive pieces.
But I do love that Confetti!

Thank you. Red planet really is a great coral. It pretty much always looks good. I paid quite a bit for a asd renamed frag of it from a member here.
Confetti is just a classic. I’m so happy it’s kept it’s color and is growing fast
