Some red thing maybe eggs?

Hey I found this is my tank sand today I think it’s been there a while it had like little red strings as well going across a little bit of sand near it, does anyone know what this is?

Much better looks like spaghetti worm. Good clean up crew I’d put it back if it was my tank
