My hammer/frogspawn never retracts very much. Yesterday it was retracted all the way. Today it is mostly back out but I've noticed a few of the tentacle tips are now white. Has somebody been trying to eat the hammer or is this something else?

What do you have for live stock.

Watch for a spawning event.
What would that entail? This was a single branch and I do believe it is splitting into three branches, ever so slowly. Also, I noticed a few bumps on the flesh covering the base skeleton. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
