Unfortunately still fuzzy, but can also be an isopod but looks like a eunicid worm and even phyllodocid

That's probably the anemone just retracted in on itself. I'd see if you can safely remove it somehow into a container of tank water for pics.

It was very stuck on there, the only way to remove it would be to scrape it, which means taking out the rock again. I put my vac straight on it, on max power and it didn't budge a bit. I don't think it's a worm unless there's a type that can build burrows that stick to glass like that?

Looks like a facehugger to me. Freaky. I got nothing, but definitely not like any Eunice worm I've ever seen (and I've come across a few).

Definitely a very small facehugger.

Not a bobbit at least, I'll leave the tank be and see how it grows, maybe I'll get a better picture during next week's water change and sand vac session ;). Will keep you all posted. If I don't update, send Hicks and bring flamethrowers.

Yeah, convincing nems to move/let go can be difficult - sometimes you can use a "nem cannon," sometimes it may work to put an ice cube by/on the foot, sometimes you can use a plastic scraper to remove it, etc. The nem cannon is preferred when possible because it's the safest for the nems:
https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/safe-and-easy-diy-way-to-remove-nems.861213/In any case, knowing that it's a nem, I would expect the main concerns are how strong of a sting it has (this is particularly important if it has setup somewhere your fish go often), and how fast it reproduces.

Personally, my thoughts would be to sump it or put it in a breeder box with enough sand it can burrow comfortably.

I've made a new cannon to 'catch' my BTA babies, but this one is so small ... I reckon I can probable use a razor blade and scrape it off the bottom. That said, I'd have to free up a lot of space to manipulate it, taking out the rocks etc. I saw it poke its head out again last night, so I'll probably let it grow a little bit more so we can ID it and then see if it needs to go or if it can stay. :)
