Saw this from across the room, pretty sure it was my purple tang that is to blame. Anything I can do for her?

This prolly sounds bad of me,but I have never really treated my fish when this happens to them, when they go to their anemone, the anemone is like a natural cleaning additive IMO and it helps keep infection away, same thing with the slime of the clownfish...keeps bacteria away!

When things like that happen to my fish I just let them be and hope they recover. Besides the cut on it, your fish looks really healthy, so maybe it will recover perfectly fine!

Same thing happened to my female perc. I'm thinking it was my purple or yellow tang. It took about a week or two, but it healed on its own even without an anemone. Good luck

Thanks guys, I will let you know what happened, any theories on how something like this happens? Pretty sure she when under the scalpel;)

remember the other day i was telling you i thought i smushed mine with the rock between the glass... maybe i didnt cuz it looked exactly like that.... any way didnt do anything just healed fine... kinda makes that fish A TROOPER.
