Looks like some sort of algae or bacteria. You gotta get it off of there. If it is on the base, then use a razor or toothbrush to REALLY get it off. If it is on the coral, then you might have to remove the dead spot that it is clinging on to.

Looks like cyano and bubble algae has taken to that frag. I would take it out and scrape off any algae and any dead areas where the algae may have been on the acros skeleton.

I don't see the dead on the frag it just growth straight on the frag body i'm not sure what to do.

Looks like a macroalgae. If it's attached to the coral itself, wherever it is is directly on the skeleton. You can remove as much as possible manually, and try to shade that side of the frag. If it's throughout the tank and a big enough problem, try to identify the type and if fluconazole will kill it, run that. I've been battling asparagopsis and it decimates it. And weirdly enough my SPS thrive when I have fluc in my system. probably because there's more free nutrients.

If there is a dead part on the skeleton, you can scrape it with a sharp blade to get down to bare skeleton. A healthy corals will regrow over this part very quickly.

I use a soft to medium bristle toothbrush. I have one SPS that does this too. But it’s the only one. All others are ok.
