Something is wrong with my eels nose

Something is wrong with my golden dwarf moray eels nose, it looks bigger, like its inflamed. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks

probably bumped into the glass. Their eyesight is not the best.

I would say “slammed” into the glass, possibly while hunting for a prey item? He may not feel like eating for a bit until the swelling on his snout subsides. That’s gotta hurt.
