Something wrong with 2 of my sps?

Can anyone let me know if my sps are in trouble.

Water peramiters are below:
Alk: 7.3 (trending down so I increased dosing)
CAL: 480
No3: 9.8
PO4: 0.10 - 0.03
Mag: 1400
Salinity: 1.026

Tell us more OP. Need more context.

To me, it's happening on one side or the under sides. That says light, Eh, or blasting from a power head. Also, Eh.
If be looking for bugs, blasting of power heads, par, swings(possibly).

yah, I noticed my alk over the last month and a half slowly dropping from 9 to 7.2. And I tested my salinity yesterday and it got up to 1.029 without me noticing.

Im going to assume those 2 things kicked both of them into RTN cause they were fine a few days ago and now they are basically melted.

I adjusted my doser to keep myself around 8.5 Alk and fixed my salinity.

I agree that it might have been caused by your salinity swinging to 1.029. Alk of 7.2 is low but isn't the worst

Oh yah. I figured it out. I put a small nano submersible UV in the tank to help with Dino’s. But the UV had a clear “window” to show you that the UV bulb was on.

Well at night with the lights off and the UV running. The “window” was only a few inches from those 2 corals and was blasting them with pure UV all night causing the tissue damage.

I covered the window and ripped the corals off. I was able to save one of them as there was enough left for a frag. But the other died. However part of the sps that encrusted on the rocks stopped dieing and is actually recovering on the rocks themselves.
