Something wrong with bubble tip anemone

I had this bubble tip for a few days it was looking good and I woke up this morning to it looking like this idk what’s wrong or what to do

nems will exchange water and poop. This is what they look like when they do this. Sometimes they will be like that for a few hours and others minutes. I wouldn’t bother it or worry right now. Maybe if it is like that for a day or two then check if the foot is still attached to the rock

Yes its seems to do this roughly every 24 hours then returns back to normal

As long as it goes back to normal when the lights are on then it’s a normal nem! Glad all is well.
