I brought this dead coral as a piece of living rock and I think it coming back to life is this possible at all if so whats needed for it and what is it please

which rock are you talking about? If you are talking about the pink/ orangish at the bottom, that is Sun Coral. You have to feed each polyp daily or every other day.

Yes the tubular skeleton with the orange tissue is Tubastraea, AKA Sun Coral a non-photosynthetic stony coral.

They can be difficult to care for because of all the "hands on" feeding which resulting in extra cleaning and maintenance to the aquarium. Check these thread out.
