I have a couple spaghetti worms on my pipe organ, the coral won't open the parts that are covered. Do they irritate the coral? I read that they are beneficial for reef aquariums. I also tried to get them off by hand but it wasnt happening, closed the entire coral up as well.

Kinda nasty looking things, aren't they? But they don't hurt corals other than causing them to close up. But that's usually temporary.

I read they are helpful to the reef tank, I'll just leave them on then.
