Splatter hammer/frogspawn pooping or something else?

I bought this two-headed hammer frag about two days ago. Yesterday being its first full day in the tank it did very well: opened beautiful. Today I noticed that after the lights were on for about 4 hours, the heads were slightly closed and a long brown stringy substance was coming out of it. When I bought it, it did have some stringy thing coming out of it but today it seems to affect it more. Any help would be great thanks.

As far as the stringy stuff goes, I'm pretty sure that's just coral poop. My hammers do that from time to time. It may not be fully opening just because of aclimating to the new tank. Can you give us your parameters?
