Splitting or dying??

RBTA throwing up it guts and what looks like a stab wound in the center of it - is it dying?? Splitting??

How long has it been like this? Also what are your parameters?

When I got home from work today he was totally normal, 30 minutes later he's like an inside out rectum. I've only had him a month or so but he's done well other hand going for a walk a couple days ago. I corraled him into a basket for most of yesterday which seriously annoyed him. Last night I placed him on a high rock and he latched on immediately and stayed put. I fed him a piece of krill which he quickly ate. Today he looked fine up until this.

Params are as follows:
Calc 469
Alk 9.8
Salinity 1.026
pH 7.7 (always in this range)
Phos 0.021
Nitrates I need to test...they are highish but not egregiously so.
Mag - I don't test for (need to)
Temp 77-78
