Sponge source

Does any one have any recommendations for an on-line source for sponges ? I am extra concerned about the source because it seems like some that their water will get mixed into my water during the transfer. Also any recommendations for sponge types for a beginner ?

I would check out the sponsor section in forums and start searching there. I'm sure someone can get the sponges your looking for and answer those questions.

Honestly every sponge i've gotten I took it out of the water to AVOID putting store water in my tank, I also did it with many Gorgonains that aren't supposed to be outside of water and they do just fine.
