I believe this is a sponge growing on my rock is there a way to get rid of it.

no it just getting bigger one is growing under my fuzzy mushroom and it look it not opening as much but the 1 in pic aren’t bothering anything

Looks like a sponge, probably have to scrape it off/remove it. Grab a set of cheap dental tools from Harbor Freight :)

Is it bad it grown really fast and if it floats around will it speed when scraping off? Thank you

Nope not bad, means you have a healthy tank. I have one that has taken over a bunch of rock in my tank, my corals grow over and around it.
There is always a chance of it spreading, grab a net and scoop it out after you scrape it!

I have a sponge just like that,it was on a frag plug and even spready between each polyp on LA Lakers and I don't have any issues with them not opening.

These look like palys to me, and not at all the same as the previous pic which definitely looked like a sponge.

Yeah, you have sponge growing under/around those Palys. The sponge doesn't seem to be doing any harm there, so I would assume it's fine to keep around.
