Hi, I have a damsel and a chromis as feeder fish for my angler, and I just saw that the damsel had a spot next to his eye. Is it a wound? Or a disease?

This look like a nick or injury and should heal on its own however keep an eye on it for soreness/redness which will require treatment in a separate tank using Seachem neoplex with air stone added
