It's hard to tell what's going on from the image... is the "spot" still there today? Are the polyps retracted in that area and/or is there something actually on the leather?

Didn't look this morning. The polyps in that area are not expanded. Last night after the lights where our and all its polyps went in it was just a tiny little spot. There isn't anything on it that I could tell. And I don't believe my fish messed with it. I will check tonight when I get home, and see if is still like that. I just moved it and glued it in place . I'm wondering if maybe I got some glue on it. I don't think so but, it could be.
