One of our newest spawning pairs is the spotted mandarins!
Working on getting pics of the actual spawn, but for now we have video of the eggs developing, and some progression shots.

Once we get back from MACNA, we'll start a batch of mandarins!

Back from MACNA, time to get back to work and raise something! :)

I may have been to your booth but do not specifically remember  So much going on for the week while there.
Seriously interesting for sure, thanks for posting and sharing this with us all.
I do have to say that the progression pictures look like pieces of Styrofoam :D
Please keep this thread up to date with the progress, and when do I get my spotted tank raised mandarin ???????

We now have two pairs of mandarins spawning, but still low egg numbers. I think they'll need a month to refine their spawning before we can expect to raise them. Right now we have a big batch of bellus angelfish sucking up our resources, so keep an eye out for that post.
