Spotted Mandarin vs Desjardini Tang

So, I was getting ready to do my weekly water changes and noticed the most bonkers thing in one of my tanks.

My spotted mandarin was latched onto my desjardini tang like a lion trying to take down an elephant.

Eventually the mandy let go and they both seem fine. So crazy...

Doubtful. Tang was treated in copper less than 2 months ago and everything in that tank was quarantined. He legit had a mouthful of fin and was not letting go. That tang came out of another system since he was chasing my expensive wrasses and was replaced by a small black longnose tang. He’s a jerk and may need to be rehomed.
