But how recently? Seems to me that your test kits have been inaccurate. Get yourself some salifert kits. Premium aquatics is running a Father's Day sale this weekend. 10% off.

LFS will be picking up some Red Sea test kit, will be getting them than...he believes one of my parameters are off as well and believes its not bacterial since it doesn't affect just one SPS.

He will Monday, unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts and prior arrangements we were unable to today. But Monday when the store is off he said to come in with my water sample and test out the big three CA, KH, and MG. He believes it to be one of those three.

Sounds like you need a new lfs. If your nitrates are as high as you say they are then that a huge part of your problem. Unstable alk can be another. Get all of your levels tested and go from there.

Well to fair I just brought it up to him today since I thought it was a lighting issue since I did not believe (due to my inexperience) that my ALK, CA, and other parameters that I had tested were incorrect. I thought I rushed the corals to be where I wanted them to be and should had acclimated them properly. It was until this week i found out that it wasn't my acclimation that was the issue.

How are you acclimating your corals? Most people float the bag to equal temp, do the dip and into a tank they go.

Acclimated by bag dip for 30 minutes than dripping them for another 90 minutes than dipping them into lugols since they are SPS. When I mean acclimate, I ment acclimating them to LED since they can bleach corals without proper introduction.
