well after a night away I came home to this upsetting nonetheless I'm not sure what's going on will be checking all parameters anybody know what it could be?

Here it is

Usually "brown jelly" is just the symptom not the cause; what else was going on, was the frag doing ok before? Anyone else having issues? What are parameters, water and light? I only get that when a frag isn't doing well or stagnant for a good amount of time, or a new frag. Healthy frags that are growing usually don't do necrosis, and I'm not convinced it's a single cause, but a couple of parameters or conditions which lead to that.

Well for starters my tank is 7 years old running T5HO and an LED 32 inch current pro. Everything checked out. Salinity was a bit low. Fragged and stopped it already. Coral is fine, also is over 10 months old. I forgot to top off my ATO over a long weekend also a factor. But needless to say problem is solved. I was more simply asking is it possible for SPS to get brown jelly and or what exactly is it.

I'd agree with ocelaris here...the brown jelly is probably the corals' tissue disintegrating. Not so much a cause, as it is a symptom. With the ato issue, possibly a drop in pH or rapid rise in Alk (especially if using kalk in your reservoir).
