due to my busy work schedule. it is going to take me a couple of more weeks before we can see water in this tank.
Next, going to work on building a sump.

Here is the elos-70 tank, just an empty tank for now.

decided to go with sand this time.
added sand last night and everything clear up after about 30 minutes. The key is to wash the sands in a small bucket until no more white dust, then submerse the whole bucket or can of sand into the tank all at once and slowly empty the sand onto the tank.

this sump is sitting down on a floor below the tank.

I am waiting (hopefully this up coming black Friday) to upgrade the skimmer.

ifarmer,
Why did you get rid of the 93, if you don't mind me asking? I switched tanks from my 93 build as well. The new build is beautiful, great job!

Sure
The 93g cube is a very nice size for both fish and corals.
However It is 25" tall and 30" wide and it was being in the corner. I was having a lot of difficulty reaching the.bottom and to the back. I was not.able to reach anywhere near the.back and near the overflow box.
I think smaller tank fit me.more. since i am not really.a.fish guy after all.

Thank you for following my setup.

How is your tank doing now? What did you downgraded to?

I didn't downgrade just decided on a different format, an artisan II 100. I never got the 93 upgrade off the ground.

update -January 02, 2016

It's sad to say but I found out I had AEFW, and I am not afraid to say that my tank has the acro eating flat worm (yes, the acro eating ones and not the regular flatworm). Shortly after adding some frags to my relatively still young tank. I always dip the new comer with Bayer before i put them into the tank but.......

I found out after keep seeing my SPS loosing color and soon found bite marks on them.
