1963 how long has this tank been running ? Very beautiful all I can say is one day lol

Tank had been running since 2000. Almost lost it all in 2009 but with a little perseverance the tank is back kickin' ***

Oh Wow!!!! I LOVE your aquascape!!!! Not to mention the big beautiful SPS colonies, incredible! I really love the last pic, all the colors and forms blending together, real art. What is that monster blue stag in that last pic????

Thanks, Shayna. Actually that thick stag ain't blue is just the actinic light above the tank. The real color of this monster was pinkish red, pink tips Acropora Abrotanoides. The base on this beast was 2" thick round.:bigsmile:

Nice piece! I've heard this is a very slow grower. How long did it take for you to grow it this large?

Only about 6 years. Ha ha. But it made it through a tank crash. Very slow grower as a small coral but growth picks up as it get larger. Mine has started to grow very well now.
