I use Aqua ray Leds " aquabeam 1500 NP " 20K full spectrum with tunze led strip on my SPS to supplement on left side of tank.

Yes they are. They are designed to be in the water or above. 13W above or 27W below water line. Tunze design. Cool huh, plus you can change temp with a magnet too.
