How often do you do water changes? How big is the tank?

Get a second opinion on your water chemistry. Buy an ATI test kit. Your salinity could be off. I know you calibrate but I have seen my numbers way off from sending it out for testing vs my refractometer and hydrometer. You could be fine but its worth a second opinion. You might also have something in your system that shouldn't be there. Still weird you can keep them on the frag rack but not once mounted.

Yeah, I was thinking an ati test- but practically anything you find out you can fix with a water change. :)
