Not sure what it is... I usually keep photos of corals I buy with names. I think this might have been a rescue from the LFS bargain bin a few years back.

Would be easier to give a name under white light but my best guess is a cali or miyagi tort.
 
Picture in white... Phone keeps auto darkening it... but def Miyagi Tort... pic spot on from google
