sps kept peeling skin

my po4 is at 0 ( measured using red sea ) no3 is at 0.2ppm ( using salifert ) attached is the icp test.

The ones peeling are acro like wolverine and pikachu

like what should i do ? i have been doing water changes.

You're nutrients are way too low. Corals need phosphate and nitrate to be healthy. It may/may not be the direct cause of your across losing tissue, but it's probably related.
