I have mine set as a 4 hour ramp up - 4 hours steady - 4 hours ramp down.

What is the benefit of the up and down fluctuations? Are you mimicking cloud coverage?

I like what you did. Mine are set at a quite higher intensity. I need to get a PAR map of my tank as I'm probably frying my corals.

Lights are only 4 weeks old. I have trouble with one of them falling out of network.
