Stainless steel Matheson 3810 regulator build

First off thanks Matt for teaching me all that I needed to know to do this build. The Matheson regulator I will be using has a working pressure up to 100psi. I bought it brand new off ebay. Retail price on the regulator is in the ~900-1000 dollar range. I will be using all stainless steel swagelok/cajon parts.

First I took off the working pressure gauge and manual shut off with an adjustable wrench.

I then took off the old cga fitting

I am still waiting on a few more parts to complete this build.

I need an adapter for this S series Swagelok needle valve

I will also be using this ss swagelok check valve

Retail price is probably upwards of 1300 dollars. Getting parts at a reduced cost is key. I will be finished with it soon.

Nice mods, do you have any plans for control of the 110v solenoid beyond the standard pH limits?

I've never used the small swagelok check valves, do you know anyone else that does?

Now you just need some SS tubing, tube bender, a few other fittings, and tools and you can have stainless tubing feeding the reactor! Fun fun fun.

I actually ordered some swagelok tubing adapters to adapt the 1/8" tube to 1/8" fnpt. Going to go needle valve to adapter to ss male elbow, to stainless swagelok/nupro check valve, to hex nipple to jbj style bubble counter chromed, to co2 resistant tubing. The s series swagelok valves are very good valves, I do know some people that use them. I am probably adding a vernier handle to the valve as well.
