Yup try to keep it there. If it goes a little above or a little lower it’ll be ok. Try not to hit .00 tho. Depending on other parameters it could lead to other issues

What corals are you planing on getting? If you plan on softies and LPS then I wouldn't worry about a .09 P04. If you plan on going with SPS then you can lower it a little. There are many opinions on what you should run it at for corals. I run mine at .07 and have had no issues with SPS. Softies and LPS like a little dirtier tank, meaning a little higher N03 and P04.

Hello,

Rowaphos is a good product, but I would suggest trying to find the source and handle it naturally to start. That is not super high. Where is your nitrate at? You want those to be balanced.

I would try to adjust feeding or find the source of your phosphate rather than starting gfo when alternative are available

Also, have you thought about using a refugium or Algae scrubber first? GFO is a very powerful product and does its job very well. Sometimes to well thus creating other issues.

no plans on sps, mainly LPS, what lvl would you say not to go above? Keep seeing .03 in threads so mine being .092had me worried.

my nitrate is 10, it’s only a small aio 14g so my options are limited.

Again, this is often opinion driven as their have been as many successful tanks with N03 and P04 at 25-30 N03 and .2 P04 as their have been with ULN. I would first try to keep it at 20 ppm N03 and below .1 P04 and adjust from there.

Great, thanks, so I’m about right, just keep an eye on it.

I do like to feed a lot but that will reduce when I’m back at work!

I agree 100% with @Billldg . With what you are planning to keeping I think your numbers look great. I would say with you at 10 and .1 that is a good balance for leathers and such. I would ask first if you have an algae problem? If not than no reason to react, nothing to resolve. Also, most likely you softer corals can uses those along with other things to grow. Just keep feeding in check to avoid a spike in nutrient

Those tanks are usually already mature with colonies of corals. Not a good idea when buying frags in a newer tank
