Water changes are in the works. 550 gallon system. Doing 5% daily.
Nice! Try one large one like 100 gallons in a single shot, if you have a large enough storage tank.. it will make a huge difference.. I’ll change 60-120 gallons on my 300 depending how long I’ve slacked on doing them lol..

Even that 65 in a single shot you’d notice a difference..

Is that just your storage capacity for salt water?
Is it possible to make ro/di water and use that storage temporarily for salt also?

My example is I have (2) 32 gallon brutes. One for salt, one for ro. In a pinch, I can fill the salt, fill the RO, and mix 64 gallons of salt water in total. For me, that is slightly over 1/3 total system volume. Of coarse, I then need to make ro immediately after for top off. I can fill a 32 gallon in 12 hours.
