Stock solution for Trisodium Phosphate calculator?

Can I use the James' Planted Tank calculator for Trisodium Phosphate? They only have listed Potassium Phosphate though? Is that close enough that it won't matter that much?

Yes. Use the potassium phosphate entry. It is close enough given all the other uncertainties involved.
