Currently have a 3 month old 24G with cleanup crew, Wyoming White Clown, Leather green polyps, Galaxea, zoos, and blue sympodium. Want mostly LPS, Nem, Softies. Will transfer to the 50G once it's cycled.

I'd like mostly small interesting fish that will add character and be reef safe and not jump out of the tank (rimless without a good). I'm thinking of a pair of clown gobies. Maybe a Midas blenny. Watchman goby. And a wrasse (but concerned about lack of hood). Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!

Any ish can jump, but a wrasse and a midas blenny are very likely to jump.

Cardinals would be least less likely, as would damsels of the genus Chrysiptera, clown gobies should be fine too.

I'm also curious about the same thing. I have a mature 45G rimless cube reef, and I'm always debating adding a couple more small fish. I currently have two clowns and a diamond goby. I had a coral beauty for about a year and a half and out of nowhere lost him one day. Tagging along this thread for any more recommendations...

I enjoy the idea of several small fish each with unique personalities or traits. Want to ensure they are not going to fight. Saw on another thread how someone created a simple mesh top that can be easily removed which I may do to get a fish that could be a "jumper"

Think also about fish for different depths, open water, bottom dwellers, rock hoppers...

I have this on my tank now and although I need to modify it a little for it to be perfect, it doesn't detract from the rimless look. It's easy and pretty inexpensive to do and gives you peace of mind when you have known jumpers.

Here's a couple to get you started. I have more somewhere if you'd like some more detail. I built it to match the stand I built.

Check out my build thread in my signature. Maybe it will help you out. Sounds like your build will be very similar to mine.
