I wouldn't use the 3 gallon as a sump - it would be difficult to handle the water that flows back into the sump in case of a power failure or purposeful shutdown of the tank.

It looks like you've already added most of the stuff so are you looking for guidance on adding the things without dates by the names?

I was just wondering if anything I haven’t added should be added, the ones with dates were for sure keepers anyways

The Sexy Shrimp are usually hosted by Anemones like Rock Flowers. Maybe consider adding 2 or 3 of those for the Shrimp.

Dwarf Ceriths stay tiny. You can probably add 30+, especially since they're fairly inexpensive as well.

will add the anemones to the list, the only problem about the Dwarf Ceriths is that my LFS is USELESS when it comes to CUC, so it might take a little waiting…
(They’re also the best one in the area…)

Ok, now...

How many inches of fish per gallon
If tank under 260 gallons: y=(0.6x^0.82)*(1.3)
If tank equal to or over 260 gallons: y=0.5x^0.9

Your tank is 29 gallons so it looks like

Y=0.6(29)^0.82*1.3=17.61
