Hello all, little background is that I have been a long time lurker waiting for my chance and OK from the wife to be able to finally jump into saltwater. I have probably watched way too many videos, with way too much information which makes it somewhat hard to retain as well as easy to forget! Below I will start with a list of the things I have ordered and decided upon and then after post some of my remaining questions! Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to respond!

Currently Ordered:

Dry Rock 220 lbs
Live Rock (will get from LFS when time comes, but plan to get 20-40 lbs most likely)
3x MP40's
200Gal EXT IM (30" x 70.9" x 21.7")
Sump (came with the ext setup, am yet to pull it out and put it underneath as I just got the stand setup but it appears to be The NUVO RFS (Reef Filtration Series) Acrylic Sump)
74 Gallon Capacity
Dimensions: L 49.8" x W 18.8" x H 18.3"
Return Pump (came with it but open to another if it is required or even 2 different ones if that is better)
MightyJey XL 2656 GPH DC
Doctor Tims for Cycle Ammonium Chloride and Live Nitrifying
2 Wifi Aquarium Heater controllers
Special Grade Arag-Alive Reef Sand
Instant Ocean Sea Salt Mix
Flipper Cleaner

For Testing:

Calcium, Nitrate, Alkalinity, Phosphate, Refractometer, Ammonia, Magnesium

Unsure/Undecided:

Lights (I know this probably is talked about so much but holy **** so many choices its hard to know)
Refug setup (I do not plan to use it right away but when the time is right, I would like to have its own dedicated light and some Keto or some other useful thing down bottom)
Eventually some type of monitoring system and dos'r though holding off on those for now
Also would like to eventually get some type of ATO and that might happen sooner rather than later

Ok with that summary in mind, I have been looking at Radeon XR30's and AI Blades mostly, but open to any other ideas here. This will be a mixed reef, I like all types of corals and so does my wife so likely flow and lighting will be fairly important in the end. I also, as stupid as it sounds am having a hard time with heaters, I have the backup controllers for them but trying to find ones that are adequately sized for my tank/sump and will do their job has seemed kinda crazy. I looked that the german glass ones (used those many years back) but their higher wat ones I think will be too large for my sump so I am truly just not sure. I also am plannign to do copapods once cycle ends that I will order online

My largest question outside of the two above is stocking tips...

I would love to get the goby and shrimp pair (though that will be much later probably since inverts I heard you should hold off on for a bit)
1 set of clowns
I would love to have multiple Tangs but its very hard to tell how possible this is, I hear mixed things everywhere, it sounds like if you want multiple then you should do it in 3's all same size and all at the same time. Outside of these I don't really know what else I want to add or what I really can add, I know I do not want angels because of the coral I will eventually get. I thought maybe a Blenny and Wrasse? Either way just looking for some input on those few things as I am very stuck!

Thanks in advance to everyone, also if you have any additional suggestions I am always open to hearing good ideas!

Looks like you have everything covered.

you can have multiple tangs, especially in a tank that size. Just add them at the same time and same size and avoid aggressive ones like powder blues. The other fish you mentioned are fine as well.

Those light are good and will work well.

Any heater that is rated for your size tank will work well.

Not sure what your heater question was but I like titanium heaters and would not have a tank without using a Ranco temperature controller.

I like titanium heaters as well and I use my apex to control the heater.
I run 2 XR15 g5 pro's on my 75 and they work great although I do use the diffusers to cut down on the summer. I decided to keep an eye out for a set of used gen 5's to save money and there is an upgrade kit that can move them up to gen 6 if needed in the future. The only thing about Radion I don't care for is the Mobius app to control them, I use an old version of apex not compatible with the mxm module.

I was looking at the JAGER heaters, as those are what I used in the past, however the 300W which it recommends for 159-264 Gal is 19.6 " long. The sump I have is this...

I haven't set it up yet (that is this weekend) to see if I can stand it up by these dimensions though I surely cannot lay it
