I couldn’t tell you this is my first tank but I’d say peaceful-semi aggressive I guess.I definitely want corals

Ok well that's a little help. Wants coral. I would not keep peaceful and semi aggressive fish together unless it is a very big tank. You also don't want fish competing for food in a 55g...wrasses with Mandarin. Wrasse would eat up the pods before the mandarin got to it

So you do like a fish! Pick wrasse or mandarin then build you tank off of that. If you pick a mandarin then all the fish in the 55g tank should be peaceful. Wrasses come in peaceful, semi aggressive and aggressive. You don't want to mix aggressive with peaceful in a 55g. If you pick that fish then look at the tank size requirements and their temperament.
