Stocking order help or advice

Hey everybody!
I am cycling my innovative marine sr-60.
I am more of a coral guy but have been thinking about what I will be putting in my tank and what order this should be done in.

Looking to get.
-pair of clowns
-a couple different types of wrasse (if possible)
-some sort of tang or angelfish(small breed)
-mandarin fish(I am currently farming pods for my other tank and have lots)
-shrimp and goby pair

I have heard I could add up to 9 fish in this tank so maybe as time goes by I could add a bit more.

What would you add first and do anything on my list clash?

You definitely could add more fish but make sure they are fairly small fish so they bio-load isn't too much

Wondering what to start with as I was planning on 2 clowns but hear that may be a bad idea due to aggression

It's good too start with clowns they are hardy so they are a good first fish in a tank

I started with clowns. So far my other fish are the mean ones. Just go slow. I have 8 fish in my 2 year old 90 gallon and have been hesitant on adding more.

Thanks. I will be going slow. Don't have the money to go fast hahaha.
