Hi,

My tank is 85g with a 40b sump with a 25g LPS system hooked on the sump, probly around 130-135g of total water. no fish in the 25g yet.

Current fish stock in the 85g:
- Kole Tang
- Watchman goby + pistol shrimp
- 2x Flameback angel fish
- tail spot blenny
- Red mandarin
- Scooter blenny
- 2x Ocelaris

I'm planning on getting a pair of chalk bass since the start of my tank and i could have the opportunity to get my hand on Vanderbuilt Chromis, i was thinking 5 or 6 to get a nice shoal of fish.

Would that be too much in the 85g ?

That shouldn't be too much, but each tank is different, so test your parameters frequently to know for sure.
