I currently have a 20g waterbox with a clown pair and a banggai cardinal fish. I want to look into adding a yellow watchman goby and a pistol shrimp pair to this tank. I’ve heard this should be fine on bioload but wanted opinions. My main concern with this many inhabitants is when I eventually start adding bubble tip anemones for the clowns. My main goal is to have this be a heavy BTA tank with the clowns but as this is a newer tank it will be a few months until I add BTAs. Once I add them should I be worried about added aggression to the cardinal or the goby from the clowns? Willing to rehome the cardinal in the future if that might be an issue.

finding the right anemone for a clownfish can be tricky. Mine never took to any until I added a peppermint anemone. I have a pistol shrimp and watchman. Love to see them together. Good luck with that.

Are you pistol and watchman paired? Any tips enduring that happens?
