I have a 32.5 gallon mixed reef system with many different invertibrates. I have 1 bangaii cardinal fish, 1 royal gramma, 1 springer damsel, and a tailspot blenny. My 2 clownfish recently passed away and I am going to purchase 2 new ones and quarantine them today. I was thinking about getting another fish today. Any suggestions for what fish? Or should I just stick with the 2?

Also, my previous clownfish I got lucky with and they were a boy and a girl, but when selecting them from a large batch, how can you tell the gender so I can get another pair of male female?

Thank you! If I was to get a goby and pistol shrimp pair would that be okay?
That would be fine. I have two pairs, a hi fin red banded goby with a candy cane pistol and a YWG with a tiger pistol. FWIW, I hardly see the hi fin and the YWG is always out

Just get two similar sized small clowns, they'll figure out who will be M/F
Pretty much. You can also just buy into an already mated pair. Sometimes buying two random little fishies can end badly. Odds are that won't happen but there's still a chance.
