I’m not sure the Achilles Tang will get on with the other tangs, but it depends on the individual fish, I’d probably add it last if you really want one.

The rest looks ok other than as you say, some of the anthias can be difficult to care for.

What are the dimensions of the tank?

Even though it's a large tank, with all those small and peaceful fishes, I would skip the bicolor dottyback. Consider an orchid instead, or royal gramma.

With all of those pod eating wrasses, the mandarin may have a tough time. It may be okay, with lots of rock and a fuge.

The copperband, bloched anthias, leopard wrasses, and Achilles will all be challenging. It sounds like you are aware.

Thanks for the help. The tank is 60x30x30.
I will have chaeoto growing in the sump for pods and there is a ton of live rock. What's the reasoning behind the dottyback?

Yea those 3 particular fish will be challenging. I do plan to add the Achilles last or intro him at the same time as the other two tangs to hopefully have some success. I plan to add all of the tangs last.

Also with this list - does anyone have any other suggestions of larger fish? I'm open to swapping.

And finally I do want to have a large group of CUC, crabs, and shrimp. Any concerns with the fish on the list and inverts?

What's the reasoning behind the dottyback?

Nearly all species of dottybacks are aggressive. They actually fit really well in large tanks with angels and tangs, etc...but would beat up your small and peaceful fishes.

No issues that I see.
