Hey,

I’m Joe and started reefing again after a probably 20+ year hiatus. I am currently running a 40 gallon mixed reef, and a 6 gallon pico reef that is just cycling now. I live in western North Carolina and am looking forward to meeting friends and gathering great advice from fellow reefers that are more familiar with the newer technologies that we have today.

I will definitely start a tank thread soon. I have to order the lenses to photograph it so I doesn’t just look like a giant blue rectangle. I don’t qualify as any kind of photographer with my iPhone, but I am working on getting the lenses and knowledge to at least get photos that are halfway decent.

Thank you for all the warm welcoming responses. I have been lurking in the shadows for about a year and figured I should make a profile and contribute a little.
