Hello,

I’ll be dosing flux rx to remove Bryopsis and possibly green hair algae .

I need to remove my macro alage from my sump during treatment.
What’s the best way to store this? Can I leave it in a bag and keep it floating in sump? Should I just get a bowl and leave it in the light and change the water after a week?

any ideas? I don’t have extra tank etc.

Thanks!

Get specific.

Macro species?
How long does your treatment last?
What volume do you require?

It could be as simple as a bowl on the kitchen table near a window. Macro in a closed bag is good for 2-3 days max.

I put my macro in a five gallon bucket. Unheated and no extra light in the basement for 6 weeks while dosing vibrant. It did fine. Better yet the hair algae on it died off
Perfect! Thanks
