Strange thing

Does anyone know what this is. In my tank . I've used copapods. I also raise brine shrimp .tank is only a few months old.have a few cardinals & a aptasia file fish . this was taken with a 40× digital microscope .there are a lot all over .

Wondering if that is a type of hydroid.

Hydroid Jelly is my guess.

All of them seem to have 5 appendages .if a hydroid is it ok.

Yes, they tend to die off as a tank ages.
